Family Constellations
Family Constellations is a profound therapeutic tool that allow to witness our field from a systemic view.
It helps us to unveil hidden transgenerational dynamics and patterns offering insight into the root causes of present-life issues such as disease, disharmony, and imbalances in health, relationships, finances, and so on because everything is interconnected, there is no separation.
By acknowledging, honouring and including key individuals, events or patterns in their unique life story, participants engage in transformative movements which their own process allows and requires.
The order is to love, what the container is to the water.
Family Constellations allow Love to flow like a river: forward and full of life, with order, acceptance and joy.

What Happens During a Session
Client/ Constellator:
The person opening their topic and initiating a Family Constellation. If the topic is not 100% clear the facilitator will help out with a few questions. The most important thing is having recognised something that causes pain in the present life and wants to be transcended.
Representatives/ Participant role:
While someone is in the role of the constellation everyone else becomes a representative in service to them. Even though the representative is not “directly” opening their own topic, deep work is happening when in service. Also, it is a great place to start if someone wants to know the Family Constellations or/and if someone doesn’t have a clear topic to work with but wants to continue their personal inner work while being in service to others.
*Participants can choose to be both constellator and representative within the same session, depending on personal intention and time availability.
*3-4 Family Constellations per Session: Depends on the length and need of each Constellation and client. The order and flow will happen naturally.
*Adults only (+21 yo or younger with a parent or tutor)
*No experience needed.
*It is a personal choice to attend with their own relatives or not. Thus, it is encouraged to bring a family member if felt that way. The more people of the same family system are present the more impact it will create.
